What is F.O.B price?
Free-On-Board : F.O.B includes the cost of the vehicle, export and customs fees at the departure port. It excludes Freight.
What is C&F?
Cost and Freight : F.O.B price and Freight.
What is C.I.F?
Cost, Insurance and Freight : F.O.B price + Marine Insurance cost + Freight.
How can I make a payment?
We require bank transfer payment only.
What currency can I pay in?
We prefer JPY, but USD is also available.
How can I buy?
Our staff will contact you and discuss this before you purchase a vehicle.
Is my deposit refundable?
Yes. The deposit is refundable for any reason before we purchase a car from an auction house or other suppliers. However, a handling and banking charge are deducted from the deposit.
Who is responsible for paying the bank transfer fee?
The buyer is responsible for all the bank fees. Please confirm the cost of the fee with your bank. Please make sure that you make a full payment, including bank handling charge. We ship your items after we confirm your full payment.
